Meditation is the act of silencing the mind, being able to tune out all thought and exist in a state of silent awareness; one doesn’t need to sit in the lotus position and perform chants to be in meditation, it can come through any means; walking, driving, or riding a bike, how many times have you felt your mind drift off into a place where it goes completely silent; this is meditation. Once you learn how to recognize it you begin to find it happening in all kinds of situations, this is the first step, the first key to unlocking a hidden power that exists inside us, because once we become aware of these moments we can do things with them that can alter the very reality that exists around us, we can rid ourselves of the negative energy in our lives and find an inner sense of peace and happiness beyond expectation.
